How do I properly install my display cooler?

Ensure that the electrical power source matches the requirements indicated in your model’s spec sheet or manual.

Ensure that your unit is on a dedicated circuit and breaker.

Ensure your display is not located near any heating sources or other equipment expelling warm air.

Ensure your display is in an area with an ambient environment below 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% humidity.

The digital display is indicating a temperature higher or lower than desired.

The temperature indicated on the digital controller is not indicative of the interior temperature of the cooler or of the product inside the cooler. The confirm if your cooler is holding the desired temperature, look for a thermometer located inside the cooler or verify the product temperature.

How can I verify the product temperature?

Place a bottle of water in the cooler for 24 hours and then check the temperature of the water with a thermometer.

Can I use an extension cord or replace the power supply cord with a longer one?

No. Never use an extension cord. This will void the unit warranty.

Providing us with the serial number will ensure we can send you the right wiring diagram.

How can I tell if the condenser is clean or dirty?

Most units require that you remove the front grill to inspect the condenser. Remove the front grill and visually inspect the condenser. We recommend using a flashlight. The condenser can be cleaned with a brush or compressed air. Please wear safety glasses when cleaning out the condenser.

How long should I stand the unit up after it has been laid down?

It should sit for 24 hours before turning on.

Warning – Refrigerated displays should only be tilted when being moved into place. No cabinet should ever be transported on its side or back.

Why is my cooler not working?

Ensure the cord is plugged securely

Make sure the receptacle is active and has sufficient power.

Ensure the unit is turned on. Some models have separate switches for lights and for the cooling system.
