We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator

Job Description

• Answer phone calls
• Reply and forward emails
• Data entry for accounts receivable and payable
• Billing
• Follow up on payments
• Verify and submit expense reports
• Welcome visitors
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy
• Other office related tasks

Requested skills

• Secondary 5 diploma (DES)
• Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English)
• Proficiency in the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Be organized, have interpersonal and communicative skills
• Be able to analyze and solve problems
• Be precise and detail-oriented
• Be able to work in a team environment
