Fenyx Technology Solutions Inc is the manufacturer of MTL COOL branded refrigerated displays. By joining us, you would be part of a team that designs, manufactures and supplies refrigerated displays for some of the largest grocery retailers and food and beverage brands in North America.

We are looking for someone in our service department to take care of our awesome clients.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Logging Customer Service Requests for our refrigerated displays
  • Dispatching 3rd party technicians on-site to diagnose and perform repairs
  • Following up with 3rd party technicians
  • Providing updates to customers
  • Providing Support to technicians on-site
  • Verifying 3rd party invoices to ensure fair costs
  • Preparing orders and shipment for replacement parts

  • Must have superior communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
  • Ability to negotiate fair pricing for service from 3rd party technicians
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fluent spoken & written English
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
  • Service and technical support experience an asset

Hours for this position are consistent with that of full-time employment, with additional working hours being required during peak seasons.

Hours are M-F 10:00AM to 8:30PM.
